A nice touch is to have period items in the pockets if you are searched as a POW. I just picked up a 1911 Shilling (coin) for .99 on E-bay. I have a couple of other "repro" coins too.

Good suggestion. It does make you feel kind of cool to have some period stuff in your pockets.
